Refund policy

All sales are final.

Every item we sell is made to your order — your artwork, your sizes, your quantities. Custom-printed products cannot be restocked or resold to anyone else, so we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds. Because production begins as soon as your order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted.

Not eligible for return, exchange or refund

  • Change of mind, or duplicate orders.
  • The wrong size, garment, color or quantity selected at checkout. Please check your cart carefully before you pay.
  • Problems in the artwork you supplied — resolution below our minimum, RGB files, cut-off edges, spelling errors, or unflattened transparency. Our file requirements are listed on every builder page.
  • Color differences between your screen and the finished print. Screens are backlit and no two are calibrated the same; we print to standard industry profiles.
  • Wear, fading or peeling caused by pressing, washing or drying outside the care instructions supplied with your order.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

If the mistake is ours, we reprint it free

We stand behind our own work. If any of the following applies, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you:

  • the print does not match the artwork you approved;
  • we printed or sent the wrong size, color, garment or quantity;
  • the print or transfer is defective straight out of the package — cracking, peeling or misaligned;
  • your order arrived damaged in transit.

Remakes are provided in place of refunds — a remake is the only way to give you the product you paid for.

How to report a problem

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to report a problem.
  • Email mrmacprinter@gmail.com with your order number and the word Claim in the subject line.
  • Attach clear, well-lit photos of the item, the print itself, and the shipping packaging.
  • We reply within one business day. Approved remakes go into our next production run and ship free.
  • Please do not send anything back to us unless we ask you to.

Customers in the EU and UK

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalized, which is what all of our printed products are. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
